Galileo is easier, less expensive, and more convenient than urgent care or the doctor’s office. With the Galileo app, you can text with friendly doctors whenever and wherever you need care (on your couch, at work, in the middle of the night).

At Galileo, primary care providers, specialists, and nurses work together to give you the best care possible. This also means you always get a second (or third) opinion.

Once you’ve created your account, we’ll send you a link to download the Galileo app. You can message our doctors anytime you have a health concern or question. Just tap “Consult our medical experts” from the home screen of the app.

Our expert doctors can treat urgent issues (the flu, pink eye, UTIs), manage chronic conditions (like high blood pressure or diabetes), and help you stay healthy with wellness visits and screenings.

We can also refill prescriptions, request labs, and more. If you need in-person care, we’ll refer you to a doctor who takes your insurance.

For most members, Galileo is completely free to use.

However, if you’re enrolled in a qualified high-deductible health plan (QHDHP), you must meet your annual deductible before Galileo services are covered in full.
